Job Description-
BCA/BCS/MCS/MCA/BSC-IT/BSC-COMP/Bcom
Will be responsible for onsite Support calls and product training for S-Cube ERP
Will need to travel and stay at client locations as and when required
Good communication in Marathi and English MUST
Should be able to understand and answer with practical solutions
Will be trained for products
Need to communicate with the headquarters for the escalated tickets.
Should be able to troubleshoot Hardware issues
Should be able to troubleshoot Network issues
Can work in a Team advantage if he can lead a team
